Job Requirements

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
- Availability to respond promptly to guest requests

Job Duties
- Keeping designated hotel areas clean and well-maintained
- Promptly attending to guest requests
- Cleaning specific areas like bathrooms, public spaces, workstations, and rooms used for events
- Dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing floors, disposing of trash
- Bringing attention to any maintenance deficiencies and items that need repair
- Flipping mattresses and relocating furniture
- Responding to guest needs and participating in the upkeep of guest rooms as needed
