Job Duties
- keeping designated hotel areas clean and well-maintained
- promptly attending to guest requests
- cleaning specific areas like bathrooms, public spaces, workstations, and rooms used for events
- dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
- bringing attention to any maintenance deficiencies and items that need repair
- flipping mattresses and relocating furniture
- responding to guest needs and participating in the upkeep of guest rooms
