- promptly attending to guest requests
- cleaning bathrooms, public spaces, workstations, and event rooms
- dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
- reporting maintenance deficiencies and needed repairs
- flipping mattresses and relocating furniture
- responding to guest needs and aiding in guest room upkeep
