Job Duties
- keep designated hotel areas clean and well-maintained
- promptly attend to guest requests to ensure superior guest service and financial profitability
- clean specific areas including bathrooms, public spaces, workstations, and rooms used for events
- perform dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
- identify and report maintenance deficiencies and repair needs
- flip mattresses and move furniture when required
- respond to guest needs and assist in the upkeep of guest rooms as necessary
