Job Duties
- keep designated hotel areas clean and well-maintained
- promptly attend to guest requests
- clean specific areas such as bathrooms, public spaces, workstations, and event rooms
- dust and polish furniture
- vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- clean windows and wax floors
- dispose of trash
- report maintenance deficiencies and repair needs
- flip mattresses and relocate furniture when required
- respond to guest needs and assist in guest room upkeep
