  • 2+ years of previous direct customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as the first point of contact for guest information
  • administer check-ins and check-outs
  • assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
  • processing guests’ payments
  • processing food and beverage requests
  • delivering mail and messages
  • promote facilities, amenities, and activities, as well as be a source of information for guests
  • update guest records
  • problem-solve to achieve guest resolution
  • accommodating general and unique requests
  • storing/selling alcoholic beverages
  • stocking products
  • other duties as assigned by management
