Job Requirements
- high school education
- ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate
- attended skills training school
- english literate to meet business needs
- good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
- flexible with working hours, able to work morning, evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
- good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to guest requests promptly
- ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards
