Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • Availability to work 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously
  • Basic computer skills including hotel management software proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
  • Friendly and approachable personality

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage reservations and update booking systems accurately
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate guest services
  • Maintain the front desk area organized and operational
  • Perform administrative tasks such as processing payments and managing guest data
