Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary experience or culinary graduate with 1 year of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure
- Strong communication skills to address concerns of coworkers and guests
- Compliance with state health and safety regulations
- Willingness to follow kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive culinary experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Food Handlers Certification compliant with state requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey ideas effectively
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and making quick decisions
- Proficient in kitchen safety sanitation and organization standards

- Prepare and supervise food items with precision ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality portioning and presentation
- Lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service

- Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity
- Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized always meeting sanitation and safety standards
