Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four-year degree with 2-3 years of related experience, or a two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
  • Supervisory background required
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or obtain certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth hotel functioning
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff, supporting ongoing development and training programs
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
  • Analyze financial data and use accounting skills to support hotel operations
  • Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management tasks and reporting
  • Enforce company standards for professional appearance and grooming
  • Deliver excellent hospitality with a friendly and service-oriented attitude
