Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four-year degree with 2-3 years of related experience, or a two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
- Supervisory background required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications like Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth hotel functioning
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff, supporting ongoing development and training programs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
- Analyze financial data and use accounting skills to support hotel operations
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management tasks and reporting
- Enforce company standards for professional appearance and grooming
- Deliver excellent hospitality with a friendly and service-oriented attitude
