Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for applicable state
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reporting tools
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • Or 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
  • Or 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in top shape
  • Dream up sales plans, manage budget, connect with big accounts
  • Utilize reports and technology to optimize operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Lead, inspire, and coach hotel staff to build a strong team
