Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for applicable state
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reporting tools
- Commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Or 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
- Or 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in top shape
- Dream up sales plans, manage budget, connect with big accounts
- Utilize reports and technology to optimize operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues efficiently
- Lead, inspire, and coach hotel staff to build a strong team
