Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Captain of hospitality by ensuring excellent guest experiences across all dining areas
  • Coach and train food and beverage team members for smooth shift operations
  • Maintain operational and compliance standards including grooming, safety, and required certifications
  • Manage payroll, staff schedules, and productivity reports efficiently
  • Oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
  • Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze operational reports and attend management meetings, providing versatile support as needed
