- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Captain of hospitality by ensuring excellent guest experiences across all dining areas
- Coach and train food and beverage team members for smooth shift operations
- Maintain operational and compliance standards including grooming, safety, and required certifications
- Manage payroll, staff schedules, and productivity reports efficiently
- Oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze operational reports and attend management meetings, providing versatile support as needed
