Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • At least 5 years progressive experience in the food and beverage or hotel service industry or culinary degree with 3 years relevant experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills with friendly, positive, and accommodating attitude
  • Ability to develop and plan menus and manage busy periods hands-on
  • Skilled in managing food costs, reducing waste, and maintaining quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Have 5+ years of progressive food and beverage or hotel service industry experience or hold a culinary degree with 3+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and accommodating attitude
  • Proven ability to develop and plan restaurant menus and manage peak period operations
  • Experience in managing food costs, minimizing waste, and ensuring quality, cleanliness, and food safety across multiple outlets

Job Duties

  • Schedule and train masterful cooks, ensuring every shift kicks off with a well-prepared crew in crisp uniforms
  • Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to deliver flawless service for conventions, group events, and other functions
  • Conduct daily inspections to guarantee top-notch food quality, clean spaces, and prompt follow-up on guest feedback or incidents
  • Manage budget updates, control costs, and implement creative strategies to drive profitability
  • Lead hiring, training, and pre-shift meetings to build a knowledgeable and high-performing team
  • Oversee inventories and initiate measures to reduce breakage and loss while maintaining a professional image
