Job Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Have 5+ years of progressive food and beverage or hotel service industry experience or a culinary degree with 3+ years relevant experience
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a friendly positive and accommodating attitude toward guests
- Develop and plan all restaurant menus and meals
- Manage food costs minimize waste and ensure creativity quality cleanliness and food safety across all food outlets and events

Job Duties
- Schedule and train masterful cooks ensuring every shift kicks off with a well-prepared crew in crisp uniforms
- Seamlessly coordinate with other departments to deliver flawless service for conventions group events and everything in between
- Conduct daily inspections to guarantee top-notch food sparkling clean spaces and immediate follow-up on guest feedback or incidents
- Keep the numbers in check by sharing budget updates controlling costs and driving profitability with creative revenue strategies
- Lead hiring training and pre-shift meetings building a powerhouse team that’s always in the know and ready to shine
- Oversee inventories and launch initiatives to minimize breakage and loss all while maintaining a polished professional image
