Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years related experience or equivalent progressive hotel experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficiency in Windows systems and spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem solver
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations
- Skilled at working with financial data
- Basic math competency
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 3 years related experience
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year related experience
- 5 years progressive hotel or related field experience
- Strong proficiency with Windows systems, spreadsheets, typing, and basic PC troubleshooting
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competence in handling financial data and basic math
Job Duties
- Show up sharp, look your best, and greet everyone with a friendly smile while maintaining professionalism, positivity, and confidentiality
- Ensure all department operations comply with payroll, hotel systems, and loss prevention policies
- Manage daily cash, billing, collections, and audits to ensure financial accuracy
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records including tracking vacation and sick days
- Lead and supervise Guest Services and Night Audit teams, conduct night auditor training sessions, and participate in staff meetings with engaging training
- Perform manager on duty duties when required
