Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in hotel or related field is a plus
  • valid driver's license for the applicable state if required
  • acceptable motor vehicle driving record if driving is property specific
  • ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations
  • physical capability to handle job demands
  • adherence to safety protocols and procedures

Job Duties

  • Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
  • tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms ensuring carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready
  • respond promptly to guest requests with friendly and helpful service
  • assist with setup and breakdown of meetings and events including arranging chairs, tables, and technical equipment
  • maintain safety by securing sensitive areas and managing lost-and-found items effectively
  • follow safe work habits consistently to prevent injuries
  • support housekeeping team with behind-the-scenes tasks
