Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in hotel or related field is a plus
- valid driver's license for the applicable state if required
- acceptable motor vehicle driving record if driving is property specific
- ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations
- physical capability to handle job demands
- adherence to safety protocols and procedures

Job Duties
- Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
- tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms ensuring carpets, furniture, and fixtures are guest-ready
- respond promptly to guest requests with friendly and helpful service
- assist with setup and breakdown of meetings and events including arranging chairs, tables, and technical equipment
- maintain safety by securing sensitive areas and managing lost-and-found items effectively
- follow safe work habits consistently to prevent injuries
- support housekeeping team with behind-the-scenes tasks
