Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree preferred
  • Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid required
  • Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Familiar with hotel operations and industry trends
  • Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service using standardized recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
  • Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff and all dining outlets, ensuring smooth operations
  • Safeguard company cash, sensitive information, and secure areas with integrity
  • Represent the company professionally and warmly to guests and staff
  • Travel safely for company business as required
