Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree preferred
- Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid required
- Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Familiar with hotel operations and industry trends
- Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service using standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
- Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
- Lead and manage kitchen staff and all dining outlets, ensuring smooth operations
- Safeguard company cash, sensitive information, and secure areas with integrity
- Represent the company professionally and warmly to guests and staff
- Travel safely for company business as required
