Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree
- required certifications including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
- extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
- skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- familiar with hotel operations, functions of each department, and industry trends
- maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage prep and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes for delicious, picture-perfect dishes
- keep every corner spotless, sanitized, and safe while slashing waste and boosting efficiency
- dream up memorable meals and events, guiding the chef on pricing and setups for wow-worthy banquets
- lead kitchen staff, manage every outlet, and create show-stopping displays to keep things running smooth
- safeguard sensitive info, cash, and secure areas, all while representing the company with warmth, professionalism, and rock-solid integrity
- safely travel for company business, handling every trip with care
