Job Duties

  • Coordinate and negotiate all event details
  • collaborate with clients on menus, setups, and sleeping rooms
  • tackle upsell opportunities
  • respond to inquiries
  • book events
  • prepare contracts and banquet event orders
  • distribute weekly packets and critical date reminders
  • post schedules and assist with event collateral like vouchers and signage
  • organize files and VIP requests
  • type and distribute all correspondence
  • handle phones and messages
  • keep trace logs updated for the catering team
  • maintain a friendly, attentive attitude
  • uphold company standards and appearance
  • assist wherever needed
