- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred
- Creative thinking with food, beverage, and event knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to multitask, organize, and present professionally

Job Duties
- Manage food and beverage sales goals to meet or exceed targets

- Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Plan and execute events flawlessly, handling changes professionally
- Represent the hotel at local events and within the community
