- At least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled at problem-solving
- Capable of analyzing complex information and making quick decisions
- Comfortable working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions

- Keep Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications up to date
- Hire, train, and motivate banquet staff
