Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Skilled at problem-solving under pressure
  • Able to assimilate and analyze complex information
  • Comfortable with basic arithmetic functions

Job Duties

  • Keep attendance consistent and reliable, adapting to changing event schedules
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Hire, train, and motivate banquet staff
  • Coordinate event setup, service, and cleanup
