- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled at problem-solving under pressure
- Able to assimilate and analyze complex information
- Comfortable with basic arithmetic functions

- Maintain up-to-date certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Hire, train, and motivate banquet staff
- Coordinate event setup, service, and cleanup
