Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years of experience specifically in multifamily, hospitality, or property management
  • two or more years of experience within the hospitality industry
  • experience in property management or multifamily strongly preferred
  • leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong customer service orientation
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • resourceful team player with integrity
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome new residents and guests and ensure comfort for prospects and visitors
  • support residents with use of luggage carts
  • monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
  • monitor security cameras and fire alarm systems
  • answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate contacts
  • ensure timely package delivery and notify residents
  • update daily log and report concerns to management
  • oversee concierge department to ensure exemplary resident experience
  • organize, promote, and deliver resident events and activities
  • arrange team coverage as needed
  • book freight elevators for move-ins and deliveries
  • maintain information on local restaurants, delivery, and points of interest
  • train incoming concierge team on tasks and responsibilities
  • handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate to management
  • respond to residents' requests within 24 hours via phone, email, or mail
  • follow up to ensure inquiries or complaints are satisfactorily resolved
  • provide personalized service with emphasis on care and convenience
  • engage with residents to foster positive relationships while meeting expectations
  • respond to complaints professionally ensuring satisfaction
  • assist with planning and delivering resident events
  • identify and implement opportunities to improve resident experience and service
