Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum three months of related experience or training required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
- Must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
- Must be able to provide friendly and efficient service and resolve issues
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to stay calm and efficient under pressure

Job Duties
- Communicates with guests in an attentive and welcoming manner
- Efficiently and accurately expedites large quantities of drinks during peak hours while serving multiple guests
- Maintains knowledge of all drinks, recipes, beer items, prices, and ABV
- Prepares fresh garnishes, juices, syrups, and mixers
- Stocks and cleans the bar before and after shifts
- Verifies legal age of guests and collects accurate payment, managing cash transactions securely
- Monitors alcohol inventory and requests replacements
- Ensures bar setup with necessary supplies
- Responsible for a $2,000 bank for transactions and change
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of workspace and adjacent areas
- Assists with special projects and events
- Reports problems or concerns to management
- Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient operations
