Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have valid driver’s license
- must have reliable telephone and transportation
- must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English
- must have excellent radio/telephone skills
- must be able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand and/or bend throughout the shift
- must be able to do repeated heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs) for extended periods of time on a regular basis
- must be willing and able to work in a variety of climatic conditions including extreme heat and cold (over 100 to below 0), high winds, rain, ice and snow
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- must pass a criminal background check
- must possess the necessary authorization to work in the United States
- must have clear driving record
- must treat all information as confidential
- must possess the tact to deal with all levels of situations, client representatives, employees and the public
- must be able to handle multiple situations simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- computer experience preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older

- ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely verbally and in written form
- must be detail-oriented and perform with minimal supervision
- must have excellent radio/telephone skills
Job Duties
- Safely operate high lift trucks to load and unload catering supplies, cargo, and other materials to and from aircraft
- adhere to all airport safety regulations and company policies
- actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS)
- ensure proper placement and securement of loads to prevent damage during transport
- conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
- communicate effectively with ground operations staff, catering personnel, and flight crews to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- coordinate with other team members to optimize workflow and minimize delays
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities, destinations, and any discrepancies
- complete required documentation for tracking and reporting purposes
- provide courteous and professional service to all airport personnel and flight crews
- address any concerns or issues promptly and escalate to the supervisor when necessary
- other duties as assigned
