Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends as part of schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor
- Must comply with airport security requirements including SIDA badge and Customs Seal if applicable
- Must pass a motor vehicle record check
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license with zero points or tickets within the last 5 years
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal including ten-year work history if available
- Customer service experience preferred
- One year of similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Loading and unloading cargo and baggage using high lift trucks
- Positioning the high lift truck at aircraft and securing the work platform
- Complying with standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Communicating effectively with customer service, flight attendants, and airport operations staff
- Maintaining logs and records of daily activities
- Performing physical tasks including pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- Working in various weather conditions
