Job Requirements

  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 1 year box truck or straight truck driving experience
  • Must pass a TSA background check, airport security clearance and a safety-sensitive pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure airport environment
  • Open availability: early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to take direction, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (preferred)
  • Box truck: 1 year (required)
  • English: spoken and written (required)

Job Duties

  • Load and secure food, beverage, and equipment carts onto a high-lift box truck based on flight schedules
  • Safely drive and operate the truck on airport grounds, adhering to all safety and security protocols
  • Lift and position the truck at aircraft doors for accurate loading and unloading of catering carts
  • Swap full carts with empty ones while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate clearly with airline crew, ramp agents, and kitchen staff to coordinate deliveries
  • Monitor flight schedules to ensure on-time service for every flight
  • Perform routine safety checks and keep the vehicle and carts clean and organized at all times
