Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience
- Developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
- Proficient in English communication
- Experience using MICROS POS system
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience
- Developed knowledge of wine, spirits and beer with experience selling and presenting wines
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English with guests, management and co-workers
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers within and outside of the department
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Follow and adhere to all Omni rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes
- Set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar throughout the shift
- Greet guests with a pleasant smile and superior customer service
- Take orders and offer suggestions on food and beverage menu selections and daily specials
- Mix drinks according to standard recipes for servers
- Maintain familiarity with the wine list, stemware and garnishes
- Enforce policies related to liquor liability laws
- Record transactions in MICROS system and handle cash accurately
- Present accurate checks and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and polish glassware
- Perform station setup, breakdown and side-work duties
