Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience
- Developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to input information accurately into MICROS
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Ability to work well with co-workers
- Ability to prioritize and follow up on guest needs
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance

- Frequent bending, reaching overhead, twisting, and consistent use of hands and arms
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience
- Developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with experience selling and presenting wines
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co-workers
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Follow, enforce, comply, and adhere to all Omni rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times
- Properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift
- Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer service
- Take orders and answer questions, offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections and daily specials
- Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes
- Be familiar with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used
- Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender's manual including jigger pour and making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros
- Ensure consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails
- Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws
- Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order and adhere to cash handling standards
- Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants
- Present accurate check to guest and process payment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Polish and clean water glasses in assigned station before opening hours
- Station set-up and breakdown, side-work
