Job Duties
- Monitor and assist customers using multiple self-checkout registers
- Provide outstanding customer service through proactive, friendly, and efficient assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues at self-checkout stations
- Ensure registers are operating correctly and conduct routine maintenance checks
- Support regular checkout lanes as needed during peak times
- Encourage proper use of self-checkout technology to improve efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
