Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food at hibachi tables in the dining room and in front of guests
  • Ensure company recipes are made to specification
  • Prepare food to company specification
  • Maintain proper par levels of food
  • Maintain proper rotation of food
  • Responsible for achieving and maintaining an "A" from health department
  • Receive and store products
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness at all times
  • Work with the general manager
