Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to perform reaching, bending, stooping frequently
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- successful completion of Florida Responsible Vendor program
- successful completion of food safety certification program
- availability to work a flexible shift schedule

Job Duties
- Displays and maintains a cheerful and courteous temperament
- greets guests with Flanigan's Smile Talk
- engages guests in Smile Talk while escorting them to their table in a timely manner
- efficiently manages the wait list for seating
- communicates guest questions or concerns to manager on duty
- keeps foyer, host station, and wait area clean and free of debris
- restocks and maintains restroom cleanliness for guests
- answers telephone promptly and directs guests as necessary
- concludes guests' visits with Smile Talk
- performs shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework
