Job Requirements
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- must be able to load and unload carts in various types of weather
- must be able to stand for long periods of time, push, pull and bend
- able to work with heights 30' lift from ground level
- able to work weekends and holidays
- must have flexibility in your schedule
- must be able to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- valid SIDA airport badge
- ability to drive and operate a 16' box truck
- ability to drive safely and follow instructions without direct supervision
- ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps
- ability to maintain basic logs and records
- able to remain professional and courteous
Job Duties
- Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flights
- load delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery
- interact with customer service team members as well as flight attendants and other airport operations members to identify and resolve complications daily
- comply with standard operating procedures (SOP) in regard to driving, position the unit at aircraft, secure work platform, loading and unloading carts on and off the aircrafts
- perform other related duties as assigned
