Job Requirements
- CNA or HHA certification, as applicable
- CPR certification, online courses not accepted
- TB test or chest X-ray within last six months
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- CNA or HHA certification required

- Proven experience in caregiving or a similar healthcare role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans accurately
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Job Duties
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to AccordCare clients in accordance with the established Plan of Care
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and activities of daily living
- Perform basic healthcare services, including taking vital signs and providing medication reminders
- Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Safely drive and escort clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
