Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- must possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- meets requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- must have the ability to pass a full employment background check
- current CPR certificate is recommended
- six months experience as a home health aide and completion of a state-approved nurse aide or home health aide course recommended

Job Duties
- assist clients with eating, personal hygiene, dressing, shaving, and light housekeeping
- provide companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles
- remind clients to take medication and assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
- prepare simple meals and assist with meal-related tasks
- maintain open communication with clients and supervisory staff
- adhere to safety guidelines including use of PPE
- travel between client homes and manage time efficiently
