Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Must meet requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- Ability to pass a full employment background check
- Must have successfully completed a competency evaluation that meets state licensing law for home health agencies
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare settings
- Current CPR certificate is recommended

Job Duties
- Assist clients with eating
- Provide personal hygiene assistance including dressing and shaving
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Prepare meals and assist clients in the kitchen
- Offer medication reminders and support prescribed range of motion exercises
- Deliver dementia care and companionship activities such as reading and puzzles
- Communicate effectively with clients and family members
