Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- must have the ability to pass a full employment background check
- current CPR certificate is recommended
- six months experience as a home health aide in healthcare and completion of a state-approved nurse aide or home health aide course recommended

Job Duties
- assist clients with eating and personal hygiene
- help with dressing and shaving
- perform light housekeeping and laundry
- prepare meals and assist in kitchen tasks
- remind clients to take medication
- assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
- provide dementia care and companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles
