Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one to two years office experience
Medical field experience preferred
Good telephone etiquette
Computer scheduling ability
Communication skills
Ability to work independently
Spanish speaking preferred
CPR Heartsaver or BLS within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

Provide receptionist and secretarial assistance for Cook Children’s Home Health
Serve as initial contact for referral sources and patients
Schedule appointments for patients
Assist walk-in patients with picking up supplies
Maintain efficient office operations and communication
Interact professionally with patients and families
Support departmental administrative tasks as needed
