Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar server assistant or hospitality role
- Knowledge of food preparation and service
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to relate well to guests and management
- Strong motivation and team spirit
Job Duties
- Greet guests politely and professionally
- Polish glasses, silverware, and plateware neatly and effectively
- Pour water and wine for guests accurately
- Buss and reset tables promptly
- Run hot and cold food from the kitchen to tables
- Assist in preparing espresso beverages and brewing coffee
- Coordinate tasks with servers to ensure smooth dining service
