Job Requirements
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform
- Accurately deliver food from kitchen, hot and cold
- Assist in the clearing and resetting of tables and food running
- Coordinate activities with servers for a smooth dining experience
- Display a cordial, accommodating, and hospitable disposition when interacting with guests
- Maintain physical ability to walk, carry trays, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch as needed
- Manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment
- Be able to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- Serving experience required
- Some wine knowledge preferred
- Ability to maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits
Job Duties
- Provide polite, professional, fast, and courteous service
- Take orders from guests and assist servers
- Polish glasses and pour water and wine
- Buss and reset tables promptly
- Run food accurately and efficiently from kitchen to guests
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth dining experience
- Maintain a neat and clean dining environment
