Job Requirements
- high school or equivalent education
- host experience required
- hospitality experience preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits
- must be able to walk, stand and handle trays for prolonged periods
- able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- physical ability to bend, stoop and stretch occasionally
- excellent communication skills in English
- proficiency with OpenTable and Microsoft Word
- must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

- self-motivator and motivator of others
- work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
- good knowledge of food and preparation
- good knowledge of wine or ability to quickly acquire it

- minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- ability to consistently delight and satisfy guests
Job Duties
- greet and interact with guests in a kind, collected and positive manner
- provide polite, professional, fast and courteous service
- maintain composure and accommodate all guests
- communicate upcoming reservations and potential guests to staff
- assist with bussing tables, running food, delivering drinks and resetting tables
- maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant
- run food and beverage items as needed
