Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties
- Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Engage with and understand customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Operate cash handling processes following store policies and standards
- Adhere to store safety and security protocols
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver operational excellence
