- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
Job Duties
- Learn and assist with all the driver’s duties including vehicle maintenance delivery and safety
- Help stock shelves and manage out-of-stock and distribution issues
- Maintain and build displays and ensure shelf sets are up to standard
- Monitor freshness of products and ensure proper rotation or removal to meet company standards
- Assist with adhering to route schedules and ensuring timely customer deliveries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist the sales team with upselling products in accordance with company guidelines and T.A.B.C. regulations
- Complete all assigned training seminars and classes
- Assist with completion and submission of required daily reporting accurately and on time
- Perform duties in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Act as applicable
- Other duties as assigned by management or designee
