Job Requirements

  • Be between 21 and 39 years old
  • Have had at least one successful pregnancy
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Have a body mass index under 30
  • Be in good physical and mental health
  • Willing to commit to the surrogacy process
  • Able to undergo required medical screenings and follow medical advice

Job Qualifications

  • Be between the ages of 21-39 years old
  • Have had at least one successful pregnancy
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Maintain a body mass index (BMI) under 30
  • Demonstrate emotional maturity and commitment to the surrogacy process
  • Ability to follow medical and legal instructions

Job Duties

  • Provide emotional and physical support throughout the surrogacy journey
  • Follow medical protocols for embryo transfer and prenatal care
  • Communicate regularly with a dedicated case manager
  • Attend monthly support group meetings
  • Adhere to agency and legal guidelines
  • Participate in necessary medical appointments and screenings
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle to support pregnancy
