Job Requirements

  • Be between ages 21-39
  • have one successful pregnancy
  • US citizen or permanent resident
  • BMI under 30
  • possess a healthy and compassionate disposition
  • willing to commit to surrogacy journey
  • able to follow medical and legal guidelines
  • have access to reliable transportation
  • able to attend all necessary medical appointments
  • willing to participate in support meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Be a healthy female aged 21-39
  • US citizen or permanent resident
  • have at least one successful previous pregnancy
  • maintain a BMI under 30
  • demonstrate emotional stability and compassion
  • able to commit to the time and responsibilities involved in the surrogacy process
  • good communication skills for effective collaboration with the agency and intended parents

Job Duties

  • Provide accurate medical and personal information during intake
  • undergo medical and psychological screenings as required
  • adhere to medical protocols and attend all appointments
  • communicate regularly with your dedicated case manager
  • participate in monthly support group meetings
  • maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the surrogacy process
  • support the intended parents and collaborate closely with the agency
