Job Requirements

  • be between ages 21-39 years old
  • have one successful pregnancy
  • be a US citizen or permanent resident
  • have a body mass index (BMI) under 30
  • pass medical and psychological screening
  • have reliable transportation and availability for appointments
  • be willing to comply with legal and medical requirements
  • have effective communication skills
  • be emotionally and physically healthy

Job Qualifications

  • be between the ages of 21-39 years old
  • have had at least one successful pregnancy
  • be a US citizen or permanent resident
  • maintain a body mass index (BMI) under 30
  • demonstrate emotional maturity and responsibility
  • have no significant health issues that could affect pregnancy
  • be willing to commit to the surrogacy process and agency guidelines

Job Duties

  • undergo medical screening and legal consultations
  • cooperate with healthcare providers during pregnancy
  • follow medical guidelines and medication schedules
  • maintain open communication with case managers and intended parents
  • attend monthly support meetings and check-ins
  • provide emotional support to intended parents
  • participate in virtual intake and orientation processes
