- be between ages 21-39 years old
- have one successful pregnancy
- be a US citizen or permanent resident
- have a body mass index (BMI) under 30
- pass medical and psychological screening
- have reliable transportation and availability for appointments
- be willing to comply with legal and medical requirements
- have effective communication skills
- be emotionally and physically healthy
Job Qualifications

- demonstrate emotional maturity and responsibility
- have no significant health issues that could affect pregnancy

Job Duties
- undergo medical screening and legal consultations
- cooperate with healthcare providers during pregnancy
- follow medical guidelines and medication schedules
- maintain open communication with case managers and intended parents
- attend monthly support meetings and check-ins
- provide emotional support to intended parents
- participate in virtual intake and orientation processes
