Job Requirements

  • Commercial rotorcraft-helicopter certificate
  • FAA helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2,000 helicopter flight hours
  • 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
  • 1,000 turbine hours
  • 200 helicopter night flight hours aided or unaided
  • 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time including 75 actual and 25 simulated hours

Job Qualifications

  • FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
  • FAA Helicopter Instrument Rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2,000 helicopter flight hours
  • Minimum 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
  • Minimum 1,000 turbine hours
  • Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours aided or unaided
  • Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time including 75 actual and 25 simulated hours

Job Duties

  • Operates aircraft in compliance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual, FARs, and company policies prioritizing safety
  • Coordinates with dispatch, medical teams, and ground personnel for transport operations
  • Conducts pre-flight inspections, monitors weather, completes flight planning, ensures aircraft readiness
  • Maintains aircraft cleanliness and assists with housekeeping duties at base
  • Reports discrepancies, malfunctions, or incidents to Communications Center and maintenance
  • Participates in aircraft upkeep including wash and wax
  • Completes flight logs, manifests, and paperwork accurately and timely
  • Provides detailed shift change reports, updates change board per company protocols
  • Embodies REACH values maintaining professionalism on and off duty
  • Performs other assigned duties
