- Ability to maintain FAA Class II medical certification
- Must have 2000 total flight hours
- Must have 1500 helicopter flight hours
- Must have 1000 helicopter PIC hours
- Must have 1000 turbine helicopter hours
- Must have 200 helicopter night flight hours
- Must have 200 helicopter instrument hours
- Upload pilot license and FAA medical certificate
- Ability to comply with FAR and Med-Trans operational standards
- Willingness to work a 7/7 schedule
Job Qualifications
- Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II medical certificate
- Minimum 2000 total flight hours
- Minimum 1500 helicopter flight hours
- Minimum 1000 helicopter PIC hours
- Minimum 1000 turbine helicopter hours
- Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours aided or unaided
- Minimum 200 helicopter instrument hours including actual, hood, or simulation with 50 hours actual weather in aircraft
- Prior experience flying EC135 helicopter preferred
Job Duties
- Work with medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements and aircraft cleanliness duties
- Maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation and record keeping
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
- Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
- Maintain required certifications and ongoing training
- Operate turbine helicopters in accordance with safety protocols and company procedures
