Job Requirements

  • Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate
  • Helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II medical certificate
  • Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
  • Minimum 1,500 helicopter hours
  • Minimum 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
  • Minimum 1,000 turbine helicopter hours
  • Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours aided or unaided
  • Minimum 200 helicopter instrument hours actual, hood, or simulator with 50 hours actual in aircraft

Job Qualifications

  • Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate
  • Helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II medical certificate
  • Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
  • Minimum 1,500 helicopter flight hours
  • Minimum 1,000 helicopter pilot in command hours
  • Minimum 1,000 turbine helicopter hours
  • Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours aided or unaided
  • Minimum 200 helicopter instrument hours including actual, hood, or simulator with 50 hours actual in aircraft
  • EC135 aircraft experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent or higher preferred

Job Duties

  • Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements and aircraft cleanliness duties
  • Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
  • Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
  • Maintain required certifications and ongoing training
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures
